I have been teaching in the Yonkers Public Schools in New York since 1999. Prior to that, I taught in the New York City Public School System. I have taught many grades- Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th. Currently I teach 5th grade and enjoy this age group. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Herbert H. Lehman College in the Bronx. I received my Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialization in Reading from PACE University. I am currently working on my second Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from NYIT. I like to read and travel in my spare time. I have visited many places, but I prefer traveling to the Caribbean.
